ABOUT PROJECT
There is a feeling that belongs only to summer, when the air, the light, and the shadow under the pergola tell you: you are home again. GILAVAR was built for this warmth, for the echo of children’s laughter, the hum of bees near the vines, and the yearly return of the southern Caspian wind.
The villa was designed for a large family that gathers and still needs room to be apart. Open terraces for shared evenings, quiet corners with lounge seating for everything in between. To ensure complete privacy without the confinement of high fences, we intentionally sunken the pool area. This landscape intervention creates a natural shield, keeping the horizon clear and the family’s sanctuary entirely undisturbed.
